Townsend Supermatic RT-8 Linker; Similar to the RT-7 but takes extra-long casings - up to 200 feet strands! Self-feeding, fully automatic; To make strands of linked sausage products; Continuously stuffs, links, and hangs casings of various sizes & types; Requires a meat supply of at least 4,000 lbs/hr; Fill up to 250 casings/hr; Metering pump - to control volume of meat delivered to casing; Casing clamp & hopper - to automatically deliver casings to the stuffing tube; Stuffing tube - to carry meat to the inside of the casing; Twister chuck - to create the link-forming twist at each joint; Liinker - to control cell length by controlling location of twist; Looper horn - to hang the linked strand on the conveyor hooks; Conveyor - to hold the loops of the completed strand; O/A dims. 230" x 23" x 52".
