1400 liter (2500 lb) hopper

·         VANE STUFFER: Handtmann VF 612, 622 or Vemag DP-10, with cart lift, portioner, twister-linker,

casing holder

·         LINKER: Townsend Frank-A-Matic NL 17 or 21 or Hitec Linkwell

·         VACUUM MIXER: 400-600 kg capacity                                                     

·         EMULSIFIER / MICRO CUTTER: Cozzini VS701 or equivalent

·         2-TRUCK SMOKEHOUSE: Mauer, Fessman, Alkar or equivalent

·         SAUSAGE PEELER: Townsend 2020 or Inotec

·         MASSAGER/TUMBLER: Schrőder, Wolfking or equivalent

·         VACUUM MASSAGER/TUMBLER: 400 kg (1000 lb) capacity

·         Koppens Gas or Electric Fryer: 24" (600 mm) wide, 15" (380 mm) long, 1 ton/hr, heating temp. 200 C  

·         FORMER: Koppens 600 HD or Formax -19

·         CONVEYORIZED IMPINGMENT OVEN: Steam, electric or gas heated, 1 ton/hr, heating temp. 300 C

·         ICE FLAKER: 5 MT per day output

·         TRIPLE HEAD INJECTOR: Fomaco, Schrőder, Günther, Metalquima or equivalent, 560 mm bed width 

·    BRINE MAKE-UP TANK: 1-2 MT mixer capacity
