Quality Food Equipment inspects all goods and uses adequate packaging to protect them during shipping. However, we can not be responsible for damage during shipment. Inspect goods when they arrive and, in the event of receipt of damaged goods, file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Items that have not been used may be returned for exchange within 15 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on returns and exchanges. Please call for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. Credit card refunds will be processed to the original credit card.
Shipments to points in California are subject to sales tax.
