Cutters / Bowl Choppers

Used meat – poultry – produce – sausage – bowl chopper or used bowl cutters are great machines for multiple uses. Some people call used bowl choppers, used buffalo choppers. Used bowl cutters can be used to chop up produce and makes a great salsa product or can be used to cut the whole ingredients and then mix it into a great meat or chicken product. You also have used vertical bowl choppers – cutters and they work very much the same as used table top bowl cutters but are better for mixing or blending your ingredient together like in salsa or even bread dough.
